Manager Business Development
Details Overseeing the business development function.
Supervising team of revenue office personnel, giving them collection targets, devising collection plans and ensuring that collection targets are met.
Preparation of JDs of the assigned personnel.
Preparing Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) for all the activities which should include but not limited to:
Revenue collection streams:
- Commercial and industrial users
- Housing societies/cooperatives
- Tipping charges
- Sale of waste
Cleaning services to different organizations like Punjab Masstransit Authority (PMA), Lahore Ring Road Authority (LRRA), Vegetable & Fruit Markets, etc.
Red alarm system (in Monsoon season).
Dengue squad supervision and execution system.
Attendance system falling under his purview.
Devising plans for increasing revenue streams (C&D, Green Waste, Rental Crane etc.) and executing those after taking concurrence from the Chief Financial Officer.
- Any other matter related to revenue as per instructions of Chief Financial Officer.
Required Qualification (At least one of the following.) -BBA (Hons) -MBA (Marketing)
General Manager (HR & Admin)
Details Develop and deliver the HR Strategy, in line with the challenges of LWMC
Manage Manpower planning including Talent pipeline and Succession Planning.
Manage Employee Relations in an effective manner.
Create a Performance Culture through systems, processes and reward programs to support the delivery of
Develop programs for Organisational Capacity building through high quality intervention programs, improved HR
systems and processes and people engagement.
Understand and pro-actively address legal concerns relating to employees
Create a strong and robust HR Function
Lead the management of the Compensation and Benefits strategy to create a high performing and rewarding culture. Required Qualification (At least one of the following.) -MBA -MPA -MBA (HR) -BBA (Hons)
Community Interface Specialist - M-7 (01)
Details To prepare regular community status reports and provide adequate day to day data/information.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government, NGOs, other community organizations and contractors
Monitor progress on social impact management and social change initiatives
Organise and participate in working groups, meetings, visits, consultations with communities and stake-holders and influencers at community level to support the achievement of LWMC objects
Recognize and alert the management on issues of concern such as social, medical, environmental related issues, security, etc.
Support in organizing quick responses to critical issues.
Support resolving minor and low level grievances and participate in the resolution of moderate level grievances as required.
Identify community needs and aspirations and prepare draft proposals.
Support in social initiatives that the project/operation will undertake within the communities.
Thoroughly understand the socio-economic conditions and demographic profile, and the essential socio-cultural values within the host communities.
Required Qualification (At least one of the following.) -Master in Media Studies (Print / Election) -Bachelors (Hons) in Social Sciences -Masters in Social Sciences
